From my own experience — as both an employee and a manager — I know how important continuous learning is for personal and professional development. As an in-house trainer for The Body Shop, I trained national and international employees and assisted managers in strengthening their leadership skills. As a freelance trainer, I have further developed my lively and creative approach. I have also successfully adopted elements from improv theatre and drama therapy into my practice which are proven to increase impact.

In addition to training on specialized topics, I am very experienced in moderating and designing creative workshops–in German and English.
